Refund policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your DIY kits! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned.

DIY kits must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
If you received the wrong kit or a defective product, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged, please do not use it. Contact us immediately with photos, and we will replace it free of charge.
